Having a personal safe and a seating area in my clean and beautiful room was really great! The staff was amicable, the breakfast I had was great. The location was peaceful, just a short stroll away from Arco Maya. The hotel was at the end of the road.

My room was beautiful and amazing with a panoramic view of the the sea. There was a great selection of EXCEPTIONAL meals. Its staff were superbly friendly, I felt very welcome.

The double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was comfy. The bed was comfortable with hypo-allergenic pillows. That hotel was in a quiet location, almost in the jungle. Have stayed here many times and would love to return.

It offers amazing services and has a great breakfast choices. Superbly friendly staff, they smile all the time. Location is amazing and magnificent, close to amazing nature.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location right on the beach was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The staff, including George and Monsur, were exceptional and made me feel like part of the family. The home-cooked food and cocktails were delicious and the service was top-notch. The beach was pristine and tranquil, and I loved having it all to myself. The whole experience was truly unforgettable.

This hotel is right on the beach with a small bar, located away from the busy city nightlife. The staff was friendly, gave great advice on local activities, and accommodated my every need. The food was exceptional and the hotel facilities were clean.

We had a wonderful time in this hidden gem. The location is ideal, surrounded by nature and steps away from a beautiful quiet beach. The glamping bungalow was very comfortable with all amenities necessary. The food was absolutely delicious, I wished I had eaten there every day! The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

The prices are high, not ideal for budget travellers. It would have been great to have a pool when the ocean was not safe for swimming.

Nestled in the reserve, it was the perfect weekend getaway for me and my partner. The staff was warm and helpful, making our stay memorable. We enjoyed the mouth-watering food served by the chef, and the cocktails were delightful. The beautiful rooms were clean, cozy, and contributed to the relaxing ambiance.

While we loved the location, we wish there were more activities to engage in on the premises. there could have been more amenities provided to make our stay more comfortable.

We stayed at Libelula for 6 nights and were absolutely delighted that we picked it for our first trip. It’s a real gem! The hotel is uniquely located in the Natural Reserve without any neighboring resorts and the beach was simply gorgeous! The owners and staff were all very friendly and helpful plus the food was probably the best we ever had in Mexico. We did have a rental car for the time of our stay which we would highly recommend because the location is slightly remote for visiting the Ruins / Cenotes etc.

We loved being right by the ocean at this hotel! The small beach bar was perfect for enjoying drinks and the beautiful view. The room we stayed in was comfortable and the staff was helpful in recommending activities and restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning.

The location was a bit far from the town center and getting around was difficult.

During my recent stay at a beachfront hotel in Tulum, I had the most amazing experience. The location was perfect, offering a tranquil paradise away from the hustle and bustle. The natural beauty of the secluded beach was breathtaking, especially when witnessing the breathtaking sunrise from my oceanfront room. The lush, green jungle surroundings created a serene ambiance that added to the overall charm of the place.
